I have 2 people that I drop ship for. I give them 10% of any sales they generate. You would have to work out a deal with them.

You will need to transfer this site to your own host. 1and1.com has pretty good rates. You will need to find a web designer to update the site as needed. You will also need to get a merchant account and PayPal account if you don't already have one. I'd clean up the site to have just the bird products if you wish - and remove the pages that are Margaret Ropp specific, plus I can remove any other pages you do not want.

I'll help out as I can the first 30 days with transferring the website, emailing past customers introducing the new owner, and hopefully to help make the transition painless for the customers.
