Shipping

The shipping rates you see in the shopping cart are estimates. When you purchase heavy items the shipping rates may look extremely high, however rates vary according to many factors such as weight, size of the package, and the destination address. You will only be charged actual shipping rates + $1.25 for packaging costs OR what the cart reads which ever is less. (excluding shipments out of the 48 states)

I ship most Avian Products using the United States Postal Service. Pet supplies, Flint River Ranch products, Healthy Pet Net products, Herbalife items, and Young Living Essential Oils may be shipped through an alternate carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

If it will save you money on shipping, larger and/or heavier orders may be shipped UPS.

Flint River Ranch shipping is included in the prices for items over $9.00

Returns – General Information

• We will not accept any return after 30 days from date of purchase
• If you qualify for a refund, you will receive your refund in the same manner in which you paid.
• No shipping charges will be refunded. You are also responsible for the shipping charges to return your items.
• Contact us before making any returns to ensure proper credit.

Avian Products

You may return most items for any reason, within 30 days for a full credit or refund (does not include shipping charges) It must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging (must be in re-sellable condition). Please call or e-mail us before sending the return. If we no longer carry the item we may not accept your return.

Herbalife Products

Herbalife carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on their products (not including shipping)

To receive a refund you must;

1. Return the original containers the product came in empty or not
2. Return your receipt
3. Fill out a form completely and include with your shipment…Contact us for the form.

These items must be received within 30 days of your order to qualify for a refund. Your actual refund will take from 6-8 weeks depending on confirmation from Herbalife’s Return Department.

Young Living Essential Oils

Young Living has a 30-day money-back guarantee. To receive your refund you must complete the Product Return Form included in your shipment, a copy of the packing slip, and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Flint River Ranch

Product must be returned prepaid to Flint River Ranch within 30 days of purchase.

Healthy Pet Net

If for any reason a Customer who purchased product directly from a Field Representative is dissatisfied with any HealthyPetNet product, he or she may return that product within 30 days for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. (However, if the customer cancels the order within three business days, the refund must include shipping).

If for any reason a Customer who purchased product through HealthyPetNet is dissatisfied with any HealthyPetNet product, he or she may return that product within 30 days, for a replacement, exchange, merchandise credit or a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
